Why it stands out
The 2017 Nissan Titan may not be the most popular choice among full-size pickups, but it possesses several attributes that make it appealing to buyers. For starters, it showcases a powerful 5.6-liter V8 engine that delivers impressive performance with 390 horsepower and 394 pound-feet of torque, paired with a smooth 7-speed automatic transmission. The Titan is designed for those who appreciate both functionality and comfort, featuring a spacious cabin with supportive seating and a generous cargo capacity. Though some criticize its styling as somewhat generic, especially in comparison to rivals, it stands out in terms of value for money, primarily due to a strong warranty of 5 years or 100,000 miles, which is among the best in its class. Additionally, the Titan offers useful technology features, such as a straightforward 7-inch touchscreen and a strong audio system. However, potential buyers should weigh these benefits against its relatively low sales volume, which may impact resale values. Overall, the 2017 Nissan Titan is a capable and reliable workhorse that could well be worth the consideration beyond just its brand recognition.

I think it has great features, only thing I wish it had, is a navigation system .So, far I think it is a good value, depending on how it hold up with the many miles it has. I would compare it to the Dodge Ram,Toyota Tundra

I’ve always had Ford trucks. And I’m still a big Ford fan. But the Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve diesel is a very solid truck. Optioned out like a limited Ford of the same year.
