Is the 2019 Porsche Panamera a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for this model year, and the Panamera’s appeal comes from its blend of Porsche performance and genuine four-door practicality. It is a spacious, high-end four-seater with a hatchback tailgate, folding seats, and a large trunk, so you get more versatility than you might expect from a sports sedan. The cabin is described as more polished and modern, with large infotainment/display screens and generous standard equipment, which makes it a compelling fit if you want something that feels special without giving up everyday usability. 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2019 Porsche Panamera reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview points to a well-equipped, refined luxury performance car with a broad powertrain lineup and Porsche’s usual emphasis on driving appeal. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that some versions are expensive to maintain and the more powerful engines can bring higher running costs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Porsche Panamera?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection that checks for signs of prior damage, uneven wear, or deferred maintenance. Because this is a high-end performance car, condition matters a lot, so pay close attention to the cabin, electronics, and how the car drives under load.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Porsche Panamera?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find value if you move on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 338 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.94% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $51,366, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Porsche Panamera's resale value?

The current average of $52,483 sits slightly below last year's $54,636.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you as a buyer today but may temper short-term resale gains if you plan to sell soon. For a future seller, the key is to buy well and keep the car in strong condition, because a well-kept example should stand out in a market where pricing has already softened. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Porsche Panamera or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.94% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the right pick if you want the Panamera’s mix of performance, practicality, and modernized cabin design, especially now that prices have eased. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2019 remains the stronger all-around choice when you want the updated feel and a broad pool of listings to shop from.
