Used 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio for Sale nearRochester, NY

How much does the 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio cost?

Prices have softened 14.12% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 307 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio earns a 4.55/5 user rating and a 7.67/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

Owners consistently praise its stunning design, sporty performance, luxurious interior, and smooth driving experience. The Stelvio’s appeal also comes through in its fun-to-drive character and stylish personality, which makes it a strong fit if you want an SUV that feels more engaging than practical.

The trade-offs are poor visibility, outdated technology, and noise. That means you should expect a more characterful driving experience than a class-leading one for everyday convenience.

With 38.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio reliable?

Owners rate it 4.55/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels enjoyable and dependable in daily use, with praise centered on its smooth driving experience and overall satisfaction with the ownership experience. The expert evaluation also describes the Stelvio as smooth and refined when you are not pushing it, which supports the sense that it can be easy to live with over time.

You also get a four-year/50,000-mile basic warranty, which helps reduce early ownership risk. For used buyers, the main long-term concern is making sure the vehicle has been maintained carefully, since premium SUVs can become expensive if deferred maintenance stacks up.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because accident-free listings are not the same as problem-free listings. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on visibility-related wear, technology operation, and any signs of neglect in a premium SUV. It also makes sense to compare trim equipment closely, since some comfort and safety features are reserved for higher trims or options.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Sprint starts with 18-inch aluminum wheels, remote start, dual-zone automatic climate control, leather seats, 10-way power-adjustable front seats, and an 8.8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Ti adds 19-inch wheels, an upgraded aerodynamic body kit, a dual-pane sunroof, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and genuine dark gray oak interior accents. The Ti Sport adds 20-inch wheels, dark window surrounds and roof rails, a sport rear differential, a dual-panel panoramic sunroof, a sport steering wheel, and 14-way front seats with power-adjustable side bolsters. The Quadrifoglio adds major performance upgrades, unique exterior touches, and special leather-and-Alcantara 14-way seats with adjustable side bolsters.
• Powertrain: Most trims use a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 280 horsepower and 306 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard rear-wheel drive or available all-wheel drive. The Quadrifoglio uses a Ferrari-derived 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 with 505 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque, plus AWD, a performance torque-vectoring rear differential, performance-tuned suspension, and Brembo performance brakes.
• Safety package: Standard driver assistance includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and rear parking sensors. Available features include adaptive cruise control, front parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, and driver drowsiness monitoring. You should note that several rivals include more of these features as standard equipment.
• Infotainment: The Stelvio comes standard with an 8.8-inch touchscreen, satellite radio, eight speakers, five USB ports, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Available tech includes wireless device charging, Alfa Romeo’s 3-D navigation system, and a 14-speaker Harman Kardon premium stereo system.
• Fuel efficiency: The RWD four-cylinder returns an estimated 22 mpg city, 29 mpg highway, and 25 mpg combined. The AWD version is rated at 22 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, and 24 mpg combined. The Quadrifoglio returns 17 mpg city, 23 mpg highway, and 19 mpg combined, and all versions require premium fuel.

Which 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio trim should I buy?

The 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio is offered in 4 trim levels: Sprint, Ti, Ti Sport, and Quadrifoglio.

Here's the short version:

• Sprint: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the core Stelvio experience with leather seats, remote start, dual-zone climate control, and the 8.8-inch touchscreen. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and are comfortable skipping some comfort and appearance upgrades.
• Ti: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a sunroof, upgraded wheels, and nicer interior trim without jumping into the more expensive sport-focused models.
• Ti Sport: Choose this if you want a more aggressive look and a more supportive driving position, thanks to the sport rear differential, sport steering wheel, larger wheels, and 14-way front seats with side bolsters.
• Quadrifoglio: This is the performance flagship, with the 505-hp V6, performance brakes, torque-vectoring rear differential, and performance-tuned suspension. It is the right pick if you want the most extreme Stelvio and are willing to pay for it.

Standard safety equipment is limited, while more advanced driver-assistance features are available on higher trims or as options.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 307 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.12% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 77.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,490, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio's resale value?

The current average of $19,582 sits slightly below last year's $22,801.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be better positioned to preserve value than someone who pays near the top of the range.

The year-round spread from $19,490 to $22,858 also shows that condition, trim, and equipment can matter a lot when it comes time to sell. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.55/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio safe?

The 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio does not stand out for a top crash-test headline, but it does include core active safety equipment.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver assistance features include forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and rear parking sensors. Available safety features include adaptive cruise control, front parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, and driver drowsiness monitoring.

The main caveat is that several rivals offer more advanced safety tech as standard, so you may need to move up the trim ladder or add options to get the protection level you want.

Should I buy a 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.12% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.55/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It keeps the sporty handling and stylish design that define the Stelvio.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $22,447, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $19,582 average.
• It adds the Veloce trim and standard AWD on most versions.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2021 is the smarter buy because prices are lower and deal availability is decent. If you are willing to spend more for a newer model-year lineup and a broader trim choice, the 2022 is the better path.
