Used 2021 Lincoln Corsair for SaleNationwide

How much does the 2021 Lincoln Corsair cost?

Prices have softened 14.99% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,396 listings available, which suggests you have a workable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2021 Lincoln Corsair a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Lincoln Corsair earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 9/10.

The Corsair’s appeal comes through clearly in its stylish design, premium interior materials, and powerful engine. It is especially well suited if you want a compact luxury SUV that feels more upscale than Lincoln’s earlier small SUVs and gives you a premium-feeling alternative in a segment with limited domestic choices.

The trade-offs are just as clear: the touchscreen response is sluggish, and advanced safety features are not standard. That means you should pay close attention to equipment if you want the most tech-forward or fully loaded version.

34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2021 Lincoln Corsair reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Corsair’s new platform and refreshed positioning help it feel like a more polished entry than Lincoln’s earlier small SUVs. Its standard tech and safety equipment also make it easier to live with day to day, and the available plug-in hybrid broadens the lineup for shoppers who want more efficiency and flexibility.

The 2.0-liter engine is described as capable enough to get out of its own way, while the available 2.3-liter setup delivers stronger acceleration. Lincoln also notes that the Corsair’s technology is easier to use than that of some import rivals, which can reduce ownership frustration.

If you buy used, the main long-term risk is ending up with a base-trim example that feels underwhelming once the novelty wears off.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Lincoln Corsair?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 79.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re considering, even if the car looks clean in photos. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection if you’re looking at a higher-mileage example or a vehicle with optional equipment, since the Corsair’s value can depend heavily on trim and package content. Focus on condition, feature operation, and whether the equipment level matches what you want to live with every day.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Standard trim includes 18-inch alloy wheels, a power rear liftgate, a 10-speaker premium stereo, dual-zone climate control, 10-way power-adjustable front seats, heated front seats, synthetic leather upholstery, and an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Standard I sub-trim adds ambient cabin lighting, power-folding rear seats, and voice-activated navigation. Reserve adds 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument panel, a 14-speaker Revel premium stereo system, genuine leather upholstery, a hands-free power liftgate, and a panoramic moonroof. Grand Touring adds most of the features that are optional on the Standard and Reserve trim, along with the plug-in hybrid powertrain.
• Powertrain: The base 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder makes 250 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque and is paired with an eight-speed automatic. A 2.3-liter EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder is also available with 295 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque, and it is paired exclusively with AWD. The Grand Touring plug-in hybrid combines a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, a CVT, battery power, and a pair of electric motors for 266 hp, 28 miles of EV driving, 78 MPGe in electric mode, and 33 mpg combined in hybrid mode.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors. Lincoln CoPilot360 Plus adds adaptive LED headlights, surround-view parking cameras, front parking sensors, speed-limit sign recognition, stop-and-go adaptive cruise control, reverse automatic braking, and automatic parking assist. The high-feature headlights in the Reserve II package are tied to the top IIHS result.
• Infotainment: The standard 8-inch touchscreen runs SYNC 3 and includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There is no larger high-feature touchscreen above it. Optional wireless device charging, a 14-speaker Revel premium audio system, and a head-up display are also available on higher-spec examples.
• Fuel efficiency: The FWD 2.0-liter version returns 22 mpg city, 29 highway, and 25 combined. The AWD 2.0-liter version returns 21 mpg city, 29 highway, and 24 combined. The AWD 2.3-liter version returns 21 mpg city, 28 highway, and 24 combined. The plug-in hybrid is rated at 78 MPGe in electric mode and 33 mpg combined in hybrid mode.

Which 2021 Lincoln Corsair trim should I buy?

The 2021 Lincoln Corsair is offered in 4 trim levels: Standard, Standard I, Reserve, and Grand Touring.

Here's the short version:

• Standard: This is the entry point, but it still gives you a strong equipment base with heated front seats, synthetic leather upholstery, dual-zone climate control, a power rear liftgate, and the standard 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It makes sense if you want the Corsair’s style and core luxury feel without stretching too far.
• Standard I: This is the best-value trim if you want a little more convenience without jumping to the pricier Reserve. The added ambient cabin lighting, power-folding rear seats, and voice-activated navigation make it feel more complete for everyday use.
• Reserve: This is the trim to target if you want the most balanced luxury experience. It adds the 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, 14-speaker Revel audio, genuine leather upholstery, hands-free liftgate, and panoramic moonroof, which together make the Corsair feel much more upscale.
• Grand Touring: Choose this if you want the plug-in hybrid powertrain and the most feature-rich setup. It builds on the higher-end equipment mix and adds the electrified drivetrain for buyers who want efficiency and extra capability.

The top IIHS result applies when the Corsair is equipped with the high-feature headlights in the Reserve II package.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Lincoln Corsair?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,396 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.99% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 79.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,338, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Lincoln Corsair's resale value?

The current average of $22,355 sits slightly below last year's $26,298.

That drop suggests the Corsair has moved into a more buyer-friendly pricing zone, which can help future sellers if they bought at the right time. For you, that means depreciation has already done some of the heavy lifting, but resale will still depend on trim, condition, and equipment level.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Lincoln Corsair safe?

The 2021 Lincoln Corsair is an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Top Safety Pick Plus.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors. Lincoln CoPilot360 Plus adds adaptive LED headlights, surround-view parking cameras, front parking sensors, speed-limit sign recognition, stop-and-go adaptive cruise control, reverse automatic braking, and automatic parking assist.

One important caveat is that advanced safety features are not standard, so you’ll want to confirm exactly which driver-assistance features are included on any used example you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2021 Lincoln Corsair or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 79.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.99% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2021 adds a range-topping plug-in hybrid, giving it extra appeal in a limited domestic field.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $21,084, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $22,355 average.
• It brings a fresh look and feel to the compact luxury SUV class.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger overall package, the 2021 is the better pick because it combines better market pricing, strong satisfaction, and the added plug-in hybrid option. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2020 can still make sense, but you should be more cautious about first-model-year concerns.
