Used 2022 Hyundai Accent for SaleNationwide

How much does the 2022 Hyundai Accent cost?

Prices have softened 1.51% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 170 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare before deciding.

Is the 2022 Hyundai Accent a good car?

With no expert test-drive data available for this model year, the best way to judge it is by the market signals in front of you: pricing is down, and there is enough inventory to shop carefully. That makes it a practical used-car candidate if you prioritize value and are willing to compare condition closely across listings.

The market also shows 28.2% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you a useful pool of stronger-priced options to target.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Hyundai Accent?

At 68.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on any promising listing and confirm whether prior damage was cosmetic or structural. Put inspection priority on body panels, paint match, tire wear, and alignment, since those can reveal whether a car has been repaired well. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records, especially if you are comparing similarly priced cars.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Hyundai Accent?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 170 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.51% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 68.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,691, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Hyundai Accent's resale value?

The current average of $14,959 sits slightly below last year's $15,188.

For a future seller, that suggests the market has softened a bit, which can limit upside if you buy at the wrong price. If you purchase near the lower end of the range and keep the car in strong condition, you give yourself a better chance of protecting value later. A clean history and good maintenance records should matter more than ever if resale is part of your plan.

Should I buy a 2022 Hyundai Accent or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 68.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.51% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of current pricing and available inventory, the 2022 is a reasonable year to target. If you are especially price-sensitive, keep comparing nearby model years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented cars rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
