Should I buy a 2022 Tesla Model X or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 25.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.28% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.36/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the right path if you want the updated interior, strong owner satisfaction, and a market that still shows decent deal availability. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2022 remains the better pick when you want the newer setup and are willing to shop carefully for value.
