Is the 2023 Tesla Model X a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Tesla Model X earns a 4.71/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Is the 2023 Tesla Model X reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback highlights that the Model X feels dependable in daily use, with many owners describing the experience as trouble-free and easy to count on thanks to its advanced technology and strong performance. What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Tesla Model X?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on body condition, door operation, and overall wear, especially if the vehicle has seen heavy family use. A clean history report matters here because the Model X’s premium features and distinctive hardware make condition especially important. You should also compare listings carefully for signs of prior damage, since a well-kept example is more likely to deliver the ownership experience you want.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Tesla Model X?

Act selectively, because this market still favors sellers even though there are opportunities if you move quickly on the right listing.

• Price trend: Prices are up 8.22% year-over-year.

If you find a listing below $54,514, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Tesla Model X's resale value?

The current average of $59,758 sits slightly above last year's $55,218.

That upward move suggests the Model X is holding buyer interest well, which can help support resale value if you decide to sell later. Because demand remains steady and pricing has climbed, a well-kept example may be easier to move than a less desirable used EV. Strong condition and a clean history should matter even more if you want to protect your future trade-in or private-sale value.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
