You should still run a history report and verify that the specific vehicle has the equipment you want, since technology and features vary by build. Focus on the third row, cargo area, and any signs that the vehicle has been used heavily as a family hauler.

What is the 2024 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $35,959 sits slightly below last year's $43,004.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value will depend heavily on how well your Q7 is maintained and how desirable its equipment is when you decide to sell. Well-kept examples with the right features should hold up better than neglected ones in a market that rewards condition and value.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 42.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.38% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $46,021, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $35,959 average.
• The 2025 adds a welcome mid-cycle refresh with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2024 is the stronger starting point because pricing is softer and deal availability is healthy. If you want the newer refresh and are willing to pay more, the 2025 is the better secondary path for buyers who prioritize updated tech over price.
