How much does the 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup cost?

Prices have softened 9.93% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 150 listings available, which suggests you have a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview shows a truck built to stand out, with a four-door convertible body style, a five-foot bed, four-wheel steering, and an air suspension system that can raise ground clearance to 16 inches in Extract Mode. It also combines serious performance with a highly distinctive design, so it fits best if you want an electric pickup with unusual capability and presence rather than a conventional truck experience. There are 27.3% good or great deals in the market, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The overview emphasizes a truck with substantial hardware, rich standard equipment, and a clear identity, but it also notes drawbacks such as extreme weight, very poor efficiency, and sub-par interior materials. For used buyers, that means the bigger long-term risk is less about basic appeal and more about whether the truck has been maintained carefully enough to offset its heavy-duty use and complex equipment.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the truck’s accident-free status matches the listing details. Put inspection priority on the suspension, steering, braking, and charging-related systems, since this is a heavy EV with a lot of specialized hardware. Focus on overall condition and signs of hard use, especially if the truck has been driven in ways that stress its off-road equipment or large battery system.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

If you find a listing below $71,271, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup's resale value?

The current average of $71,604 sits slightly below last year's $79,500.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the current pricing trend means you should expect value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the truck presents against comparable listings. Strong equipment and distinctive appeal can help, but the broader market is still pricing this model below where it was a year ago.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.93% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• It offers a dramatic supertruck personality with roomy packaging and clear off-road appeal.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2024 if you want the strongest mix of current pricing, clean inventory, and owner satisfaction. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2023 is worth a look because it keeps the same distinctive character while potentially giving you another path to savings.
