What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Lexus RZ?

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the specific car’s records match its condition. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the battery-related systems, charging equipment, tires, brakes, and interior wear, since condition can vary even when the market looks clean. Focus on how the car was used and maintained, not just on the badge or trim.

Should I buy a 2025 Lexus RZ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a new battery, more range, quicker charging, and a new higher-performance trim.

The bottom line: The 2025 makes sense if you want to shop the current market and value a decent share of good deals with strong clean-inventory availability. If you can stretch to the 2026, the updated battery, range, and charging improvements make it the better pick for most buyers; if price matters most, the 2025 is the more practical path.
