What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Toyota bZ4X?

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the specific listing matches the seller’s description. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you want to confirm overall condition, charging-related functionality, and wear items. Focus on the vehicle’s cosmetic and mechanical condition rather than assuming every clean-history example is equally well maintained.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Toyota bZ4X?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 37.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 649 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.60% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $22,919, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Toyota bZ4X's resale value?

The current average of $25,199 sits slightly below last year's $26,141.

That softer pricing suggests the market has moved a bit in buyers’ favor, which can help you if you’re shopping now. For a future seller, it means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped than on broad market momentum alone. If you buy well today and keep the vehicle in strong shape, you’ll be better positioned when it’s time to sell.

Should I buy a 2024 Toyota bZ4X or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 37.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.60% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $23,592, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $25,199 average.
• It offers a comfortable ride and strong handling.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2024 if you want the current-year market with decent deal availability and strong clean-history inventory. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2023 is the better value path, especially if you find one in similarly good condition.
