I actually bought a car from Auto City Sales, and the experience was time consuming. Especially when buying over the phone, if you really what a car from them you have to stay on they neck. A sale that should of took a week, ended up taking three weeks.

Good guy honest

I got several responses but didn’t find anything I wanted to try…next time!

They were friendly and responsive but the car had some issues that they said they would either fix or look into fixing and then they wouldn’t budge on the price. I think that’s they’re style, no haggling, which I can appreciate but we bought the same car without the issues for $1k less at another lot.

Me Dmitry Starbucks is one of the sale advisor I would like to buy a car from.. he is very professional and patient .. a carefully listener and good advisor .. I wasn’t able to purchase the car a like from him due doubt on the reliability of the car I wanted to buy and the price but I’m sure one day I will make a deal with him.. Promote him now to sale manager !

Quick communication and they answered what I asked. Unfortunately the car sold before we arrived but we will try them again.

Horrible service. They acted as though they don’t want to sell cars. Most of the cars they lost are here are always under maintenance and are never ready to see when you get there.

Called, made appointment to see car, before I was allowed any time to transportation arrangements, car dealer sold car from underneath me. Dealer’s only interest seems for the “commission” and not customer service. Will not recommend this place because of lack of customer service.

Was only sent numerous sales emails promoting their own videos, was never contacted by someone to actually give me info on the car I was looking at.

Drove an hour away to see this truck that salesman said was available only to get their to test drive it and it had sold that morning!!!! This after filling out their hold the vehicle form online

WORST DEALER! I contacted them about a deal for $13,500 and after asking a bunch of questions and tear driving it, we sat down to go over the all cash deal when they dropped another $4,500 onto the prices for fees and additional unavoidable packages that they supposedly already installed. It is absolutely insane what they did and no one should work with them. I see that they have done this to multiple people based on the reviews... they are a really disrespectful and bad company.

I put a hold on the car for a few days to think it over called back and bought the car ........ The whole experience At Audio City was efficient and painless ...... easiest car buying experience I ever had. They also allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to check it out ....... got the thumbs up on the quality of the Rav and that sealed the deal for me .

So far 2 stars, I spoke with one gentlemen who was going to get back to me and he never did, I called and then was helped by Robert, Robert was very helpful and got me a price a little over what the other guy promised (sadly I don't remember his name). I wasn't sure on that price since it was just a bit over, and later that afternoon I kept messaging Robert and nothing. This morning I thought ok let me follow up, sent a text nothing, called him and sent me to voicemail. Once I ask for something in writing that they will get me a deal I don't hear back. Sucks because I was really interested in getting SUV but I guess not! Not even a call back to tell me no they can't

I went from walking in the door for a test drive to walking out with my purchase in 60 minutes. Excellent service and a no haggle atmosphere.

They reached out promptly. However when I mentioned there were several similar Frontiers - similar mileage and features and asked about the price - once - the contact get super defensive and said they were no haggle and I was trying to "grind on dealers for hours." That turned me off and I bought somewhere else.

They're a bit excessive. They call several times a day asking the same questions about my car of interest. I guess in some ways it shows they want your business and will work to get you a good deal, but it's more of a turn off to be called by multiple people at multiple times a day. I guess it's better than not hearing from someone at all ? Maybe ?

He seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the best fit, which doesn't seem very common. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in was sold by the time I was going to commit. The experience I had with Auto City was great. There was a huge selection on their website and when I visited their store the vehicles were neatly organized and very clean. They had several fuel efficient vehicles to choose from which was the main consideration for my purchase. The price included a warranty and return policy which put me at ease. I had the vehicle inspected by a third party and everything checked out. Great job Auto City! My purchase experience was fast and easy!!

Was a descent man and seemed very ready to make an appt. unfortunately I was very busy that week and haven't had time to go by yet.

So this was my first time buying a car and I had gone online to find what I wanted. After I submitted that I was interested in a car, Abel from Auto City got back to me almost immediately and was more than willing to help me find what I needed. He gave me a call and we set up a time for me to come look at and test drive the vehicle. Although I was pretty set on the car I wanted and knew just about everything I needed to know about it prior to arriving to Auto City, Abel still asked if I had any questions about anything through the duration of the sale. The test drive was amazing! I felt good being able to drive around before a bought the car. Granted just about every Lot allows test driving but, I thought I was cool. Especially since I didn't know the area, Abel rode along and gave me directions as we went along. Also we had a tendency to nonchalantly crack jokes during the signing part; which was a lot of signing but, that brought a bit of humor and helped pass the time as we went through. After everything was done and the paperwork was finalized I had a friend of mine snap a few pics and Abel snapped a few too. He made sure to send the picture to me along with a follow up phone call to make sure everything was still running smoothly. I've had my car for about 3 weeks now and it is still treating me well. I believe I made the right choice coming to Auto City for my first car purchase. They made it clear that they want me to enjoy my new vehicle and I think I will.

They were friendly and let me test drive the car alone. I did not end up purchasing a Toyota but would recommend anyone to them.

I did not purchase a vehicle form this dealership. However, they did respond quickly and did follow up shortly to answer question. I couldn't speak beyond that regarding the actual experience of purchasing a care.

While I did not purchase a car with Auto City Sales, I found Ramil to be a wonderful car salesman in my interactions with him. He was very low key and respected my time by not calling to hassle me about the latest deals. I contacted other places through CarGuru and I was called three to four times a day. I called Ramil several times but ultimately found another one via a private transaction. I had originally looked at cars through a well known resale place and had a horrible experience. I found a car I liked and was going to purchase it but changed my mind. The salesperson went into a tirade about how I was making a big mistake, was being ripped off, etc. Basically this salesperson was telling me I was wrong, totally disrespecting me and showing me the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced! I was just a number who would provide the salesperson with a commission. Am I going back there??? No! If things do not work out for me, I would definitely deal with Ramil again. No tirades. He said just call me back if I can help you. I am really impressed by him. I think the low key approach that Ramil has is the way to go

Excellent experience. Got a return call quickly after my inquiry. They were very professional and did everything they said they would do.

Tim is a great help, no pressure but available to answer questions. All their cars are ultra clean, they look new. I was told their vehicles are re-conditioned so they are pretty much turn-key (no pun intended)... new tires, brakes if needed, etc. I was hard-pressed to find any dings or scratches on a 2011 car I test drove. Prices are no haggle but fair. They allow customers to have their mechanics inspect vehicles prior to purchase.

It was so easy and calm no hassle or pressure

They are not your stereo typical USED car dealership. We were searching for a decent car that was resonally priced.A used toyota Matrix. The advertised price was firm but lower than others. We went for one car with our own car fax but saw another one that we liked.They gave us a free car fax for the other car.They are very helpful. and were not pushy. Let us take both cars for a test drive with no hassle.They let us inspect the car engines. Once we chose the one we wanted, they even put it on a lift so we could inspect the under carriage. they even offered for us to take it to our mechanic if we wanted. Once were were satistified we proceded with the deal. All the guys are very respectful. We dealt with Stan, who was very patient. Since we just recently bought the car, it is hard to say if we will have any problems, but so far no problems or unusual noises. I would highly recommend them.

salesman was straight forward, didn't volunteer any bad condition of the vehicle, and they did offer to either fix the simple stuff, but otherwise car condition was "as is". No pressure on sales, so overall a good experience.
