We can’t say enough good things about the staff at Auto Kings in Bend, OR! They were fantastic! Got back to me quickly. Only reason I didn’t buy from them was the cost of shipping to Texas. However that wasn’t their fault.

I made the deal over the phone, since I'm from
out of town. I asked about the any
obvious damage since the report showed to
have had an accident. was told it was in
good shape with minor wear and tear. this dealer
does not negotiate on price. its take it
or leave it. after I agreed to purchase the car. I
received a text about a defect in the
large touch screen. he gave me a chance to back
out. I told him I would still buy it. after
booking a flight and hotel I arrived the next
morning to sign and pick up the car. The
salesman then showed me more flaws with the
car. I took the car but left there feeling i
should have received a price adjustment for the
defects not mentioned. later I found out
one of the rear doors does not open from the
outside. I'm sure they knew about that
and failed to show me.

Didn't feel they were honest about questions I asked.
I asked if vehicle was lifted. I was told no, it is.
I stated I didn't want to use all my money for a down payment in case I needed tires
or any other repairs. Was told tires were good, wouldn't need new tires. Rear tires
were bald.
Asked to see more pictures of vehicle prior to making a long trip, pictures I was sent
were not good quality.
Mileage is 1000 miles more than listed.

Contact and return communication was easy. I contacted a independent shop to have
the truck inspected, Auto King took it to the shop and picked it so I could get a
independent inspection before I flew up from Arizona. Flying up in two days to pick it

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. These brothers all were very patient to hearing out my situation, letting me explain the variables that came with me purchasing a car from them with no pressure; they offered their possible solutions and were upfront and honest about it the whole way. I decided to tell my wife to fill out the credit application the next day, and I kid you not, within the HOUR they called her back saying they got us approved. Granted it may have been a good time of day, or something else that helped with that fast part of the process; regardless it was what they got us approved with that blew me away. We just recently got a car (it was totaled) for 1K cheaper, and 3 years older, for almost $350 a month, at THIRTY percent interest. Yikes. These guys cut my interest in half, a cheaper payment, better car, got me a warranty, and were so personable the whole way through my kids loved them too, so they must be good, right?! Thank you for helping my family Auto Kings!

You could try calling us for pictures and/or ask for any additional insight we might have on a particular vehicle of interest. Once vehicles are purchased they go into our inventory and therefore uploaded into 3rd party sites such as CarGurus. If pictures are not available it typically means the vehicle is still in transit, going through inspection or at detail. Once everything has been completed pictures will be uploaded to our website. This process can take days or weeks as we buy in bulk and can only process them so fast. Pictures can be provided anytime upon request as we hand select each

What a great group of guys! There are three brothers who own Auto Kings and they are all very pleasant to deal with. I purchased a truck from them all the way from Florida and Austin did his best to make sure I received tons of pictures of anything that was wrong with the truck. They are open and honest people.
