Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from Bristol Auto Center, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My call was returned promptly, scheduling a test drive was easy, and the car was very clean and ready to go when I arrived. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and put the customer first. They sell high quality cars at fair prices. Mark was very friendly and professional throughout the process.

Amazing experience. I worked with Mark and he went above and beyond. A couple times I wanted to give up but Mark told me to be patient and he did everything and them some to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. I am going to reccomend this to all my friends.

I actually purchased the vehicle the same day I looked at the vehicle. Mark takes great
care of his cars and awesome care of his customers. A very honest man and very
understanding of others. I will purchase any needed vehicles in the future from Bristol

****1 day after posting the following review on a few other sites, I received
a call from Alex, mentioning my wife (by her full, maiden name) had
inquired about a vehicle. Her name was not on any of the paperwork I had
completed for the purchase of the car, so this seems a bit fishy. Also, he
had called me on my cell phone from his work cell phone, of which we
have had a number of conversations (calls and texts) prior, so he knew
exactly who he was contacting (not my wife).... I had also posted this
review before on this website, but can no longer find it on their list of
reviews...
Purchasing a vehicle from Bristol Auto Center has been one of the worst
experiences of my life. I had purchased a 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland
from them in April 2018. The car ran okay during the test drive, had a
rumble that I was assured would go away after new tires were installed.
A week into the ownership of the vehicle, the rumble got worse (even with

For all those interested, Tim bought a used vehicle as-is after we brought it to his mechanic for inspection. We inspected his vehicle 3 times and did all new fluids, all for free. He was very upset that we did not want to repair his vehicle after driving it for weeks (including to North Carolina) and would not keep doing free work for him. Once he realized freebies and good will work were over he disappeared and much later left us this same review on google complaining he paid $4500 for a repair at the franchise dealer (which is drastically overpriced for what was done). The young man Alec was very informative on the vehicle we had chosen and
he replied promptly to all emails and texts which made the whole process
extremely Pleasant and helped with my busy schedule as well especially
since the vehicle was an hour and 15 minutes away we only had to drive to
the dealership twice and within those two visits we drove home with a nicely
new used car and so far it is all going well thanks to Bristol Auto Center

Bristol Auto Center is as good as it gets. I spent quite some
time searching for an SUV for my daughter, first time driver.
Owners Mark and Peter were great, you can see they are
truly committed to excellence. The sales process was very
painless. Alex, the sales manager, was very easy going and
helpful explaining how the process works. He even drove 45
min to hand deliver our deal to the bank so we could have
the car ASAP. The hardest part was choosing the vehicle, all
the stock is A+. Fortunately we are local and will be
returning for regular maintenance, I don't think there are
better mechanics around!! Highly Recommend, so happy!
