We had a pleasant experience. We live over an hour away and they promised the care would be there when we got there. The car was available as promised and in the exact condition as shown/described online. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were thre a while longer than expected as it took them a while to do a last minute wash and add the license plate. We actually left to go eat and came back and waiting another 1/2 or so but it wasn't horrible and other than that our experience was fantastic. I would buy from them again. It's been about 2 weeks since our purchase and we've not found anything unexpected and the car is running great with no issues.

Very helpful and accommodating, I needed a car asap and was able to get info on multiple cars mostly thru phone calls & texts bc of my busy work schedule. Shawn was very helpful in answering my many questions and Ivonna was great at completing the financing process. I drove off with a great car at a great value. I'm happy they gave me the opportunity to purchase my first car so easy and fast!

I went and viewed the 2012 VW GTI but was very disappointed. The entire car had clearly
been repainted, poorly, as there was overspray on parts of the windows and seals (due to
a bad tape job). The dealer swore they had only sent it off for repainting the rear bumper.
Additionally, the carpet and leather seats were soaked. Lots of questionable things with
this car that the dealer could not adequately explain.

Hi Jeff, Im sorry to hear about your experience. After looking into your situation, this vehicle was sent to the body shop to have the rear bumper replaced and the windows were left down in the rain. That vendor is now in the process of compensating us for the damage they caused to our vehicle. We will not sell a vehicle in that condition. We value all of our customers, and the quality of our vehicles is our top priority.
