Junior was excellent! We bought this car. The process can be daunting however this transaction went very smoothly. Would recommend Deerfield Auto Mall.

Dealer was not true to his word. No charge on $1000 hold was promised if the sale did not go through. I backed out due to the vehicle not being what I needed. The salesman (J…..) was so ticked “he had lost three opportunities he refused to give the money back. If this was such a big deal he should have said so from the start instead of lying there was no penalty. Just saying…go in with your eyes wide open. Do not trust their word.

His short reply to my question was answered promptly.

If you want to have a totally different car buying experience you have to check this guy out. It's hard buying a used car and you know they are all out to take your money. So you come in with your guard up. I was on my 4th dealer of the day and Junior was like a breath of fresh air. He is a kind person and is not putting pressure but just offering assistance. I didn't buy a vehicle from him on this day, but the strangest thing happened when I did buy a vehicle. I called Junior and asked his advice. Afterwards, I thought how odd is that!

The dealer answer my e-mail. I visit their lot, but we no agree in the price.

a joke, salesperson said car I was coming to see was in terrible shape and actually had not been on the lot for a while, he showed me another option that was missing the rear view mirror, dents and scrapes everywhere and said thats how cars in that price range are...complete waste of time..

Well i purchased the chevy equinox, there was a couple of typos about the vehicle, i mentioned it, but he said blah blah thats all i heard, i should of waited, having issues with engine light nxt day and window problems and loud sound when i turn the wheel, thats what i get, should of went with my extinct,

All their cars are faulty. And the buyer will only realise this after buying the car and actually driving it for a few miles. Then the dealer will tell you that there's nothing they can do in a very rude tone.
