Didn’t end up buying anything from him but he gave me some great information I didn’t know about the model of car I was buying.

Joe and Justin were great to work with. They never used any used car tactics on me, or try to pressure me into buying. A light needed replaced (they handled it). It came with one key which broke when I picked the vehicle up. They paid for a replacement key at the new car dealership. Gave me a very fair trade for my vehicle. They don't work off seperate commission, so they both took time and answered questions. Happy with the process!

Salesmen was very nice and more then willing to take you seriously right out the gate, But that's the end of the positivity. I went to view a 08 BMW, they had it listed for 14k. (well over market value) They DO NOT negotiate their prices, even for cash offers. The engine on the car I viewed was steam cleaned on top, but had oil all over the side of the block. When I ran my fingers down the side of the engine they came out with a mixture of new and thick black oil all over them. Very misleading. I ended up buying the same car one town over for $6000 less, off Facebook marketplace with a much healthier engine. I'm glad I walked away from this establishment, and you will too.

Brian has been very nice keeping in touch and answering my calls about the availability of a lincoln. But still I have been shopping around looking for a better deal. I end up not finding one because of the scammers and I go back to Brian who continues to be patient with me. I love that, it helps me to be sure about my purchase. Salesman I spoke with told me this was a totally rust free car. When I stopped to look at it The rear frame area over the rear axle had plates welded over the rusted areas on both sides in a rather poor manner. And had undercoating sprayed over the patches. I know where these cars rust and asked specifically about the condition of those areas and was lied to. They wasted my time by not being honest

I was able to take the car for a drive and the fact that a car fax report is available helps make decisions as well.

The car was not in the condition it appeared to be in. Bumper was damaged, wood trim inside was cracked, pieces were missing, map pocket was torn, stains on interior, wheels corroded, touch up paint everywhere and some rust. Salesman told me , “only cosmetic.” When you buy a Mercedes, cosmetics are very important. It’s a $4000 car.

I requested the best deal they could give me on a car I was looking at and they wouldn't budge on the price. The dealer did get back to me by the end of the day.

Purchased a dodge 2500. After inspecting this truck for hours and discovered it had a bad fan couch and a water pump needed to be replaced Bo and I agreed he would give me a $200.00 credit for me to replace them. Bo also filled up the gas tank with fuel for our journey back home. Scott the mechanic was awesome and replaced some items that needed to be done on this 2500. Only have had truck a few weeks; fan couch and water pump have been replaced. So far so good with this truck. Came with no warranty so because of that I feel the price should have been a little better. Will update status of truck when I run it more.

The pictures of the car were very good, but when I got there, there was multiple things wrong with the car internally and externally.

Car not available. Salesman didn't know his inventory had to call someone else to find out it wasn't there. I went way out of my way and it was really inconvenient for nothing.

I emailed the dealer, showing interest in a specific vehicle. Bo responded promptly. I visited their Harrisburg location and test drove the car. Auto was as advertised, with accurate information. I had an issue with a sound it was making upon acceleration. Bo took it for a drive with me and was very open and honest about the information he could provide. Long story short: Good people, fair and honest. I would not hesitate doing business with them.

Barry contacted us quickly and we visited on a Saturday. There was no pressure to look and we test drove (2) vehicles at our leisure. We contacted them after we left with a decision. They work with the same credit union I belong to and are also a notary. I forwarded them the necessary information for the loan application and title transfer. Barry had everything ready when we arrived and we were done in 20 minutes. They washed and cleaned the van before we left. It was a good experience, and we recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Bo is a really great guy I ended up buying the 2006 audi a4 2.0t Quattro for a good price the engine light came on the same day I bought the vehicle called Bo and told him about it not only did he fix the issue he gave me another car to drive when mines was in the shop

Bo was great. He didn't flinch on the price, but I think that was because it was a very fair price to begin with. He was friendly, straightforward, and stayed late to accommodate my schedule. I feel like I got a fair deal, and overall it was a very positive experience.
