The Vehicle we were interested in was ready for us when we arrived, after making an appointment to go in and see the vehicle. We liked what we saw, and we purchased the 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L. Thanks to Car Gurus for finding this vehicle for us. We are going to pick it up this afternoon.

Had appointment for test drive; they sent me address of the dealership, then when we arrived (& parked: a nightmare), they sent us to the used lot across the street, a trailer that reeked heavily of New Car Smell. One employee brought us out for the test drive & presented a Hyundai, not the Honda Fit we were there to test. Then another employee brought around a Honda Civic. When we told him we were there for the Fit, he said, "We're waiting for it to get out of the service center." My husband said, "Service? Why is it in service?" The employee glared at him with flared nostrils and in a threatening tone said, "SERVICE. We just got it in!" We both walked away and drove the hour home. I won't even get into the other examples of unprofessionalism, because that bully's attitude was the real dealbreaker.

Nice people. Wasn't able to get the car, but they were working hard on it. Just took too long.

These guys are thieves. They spent hours letting me drive cars and then when I finally drove the 2014 WRX, they told me someone else wanted it and tried to steer me into a $33,000 2015 with 7000 mi. When I didn't want it, I decided on a Prius for $13,000 instead for work. Then when they saw I was serious, the Dominican sales manager came across the street to tell me the bad news, they put the wrong price on the sticker. The car really is $3000 dollars more. But all of a sudden, the $26,000 WRX was suddenly now available. No, these guys are crooks.

Did not visit. Their car prices were consistently higher than the competition. Did not see anything worthy of the trip to Long Island City.
