The salesperson, Antwon, was great. Aside from that, I would not recommend this dealership. The finance person was horrible. They ran a credit report unnecessarily multiple times to arrive at the same rate. They didn't know how, what, or are unwilling to do basic option contracts. I had my own financing, but they refused to accept it, citing possible issues securing funding. If there were any issues with my financial institution, their contract would take over. But again, the basics eluded the finance person. After expanding and even giving them the Google explanation, finance said their dealership doesn't do option contracts. This was the first time in my car buying experience that a dealership has refused to accept an option contract. I know dealerships don't like them because they won't receive incentives but it is the customers' purchase/option. If it wasn't because they had the exact used vehicle that I wanted, I would've walked away. I would not recommend or return to this dealer

I was promised a hold on a car with a deposit, which was rescinded the following day. I live 2 hours away and would not have been able to pick up the car until the following weekend. This is an unsavory business practice at best and gravely disappointing. I would not do business here again.

The dealership contacted me after my inquiry. Ran
my credit application confirmed financing with the
lender I wanted. I was ready to proceed with
purchasing the vehicle but then the dealership
stopped responding after they had advised I would
be contacted. After a week I started the purchase
process with another Mazda dealer and purchased
my CX90.

They ran my credit 20 times and dropped my credit score 70pts. They kept telling me they were going to get me the car the next day and kept pushing it back. They ended up cutting the dealing and ruining my credit to the point I cant get another loan.

manager named Kevin was lacking in customer service skills and had a lot of self-importance. An online person named Nathan was
unresponsive, took days to get back to me. I would have bought the truck if it was not for the experience.
If you have a choice, choose another dealership, you deserve to be treated with respect.

This is the 3rd time in 6 years we have worked with James F at Mark Mazda. We didn’t wind up buying this car because thanks to James we found something larger that fit our needs better. Terrific customer service, patience, listened to our needs and helped us buy a VW Atlas that was an amazing price. He also helped us get a great price for our trade in. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership and especially James.

Excellent communication, responsiveness and flexibility along with a fair price. Everyone at the dealership that I communicated with was great, and there were 4-5 total. Nathan worked with me through the sales process with no hassle or games. Brennden took me through the financial process smoothly and efficiently. As this was a bit more complicated purchase for me they were flexible, patient and helpful. I was on a business trip in Austin, TX; they are in Scottsdale, AZ, and I needed the vehicle shipped to my residence in Santa Barbara, CA. Even though the 3rd party inspection was problematic and delayed they worked with me to make sure I was confident and all questions and concerns addressed. Would purchase again from them. Thank you!

We had an appointment to meet and drive the car. I drove 25 miles across town for the
meeting. When I got there the salesman told me that the car had been sold that
morning. I asked him if I could see the car anyway but he stated that the car was no
longer on the lot. When I was driving away I saw the car parked with others. The car
was unlocked so I got into it to review it. I would have bought the car for the asking
price ,BUT, I will NEVER shop at Mark Mazda again after this experience. Now ,how
many lies is that ? How much of my time wasted ? Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spent a week negotiating all the garbage, unnecessary dealer add-ons that are typical of low-class used car dealerships. Should have known to stay away when they wanted $799 for what’s equivalent to a $40 Apple AirTag. Finally agreed on a price, all set to fly out to pick up the car, then they sold the car to someone else. I’ll bet they used my offer to pressure another interested party to pay more to get the car. Best part is the sales person had the gall to email me asking me why I never responded to his email AFTER I had to cancel my flight and be out a couple of hundred dollars.

I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, emailed Isaac Cruz that I was in the lobby,
told the other salespeople who I was and that I was looking for Isaac - they told me he was
washing my Tesla and would be right up, I waited over a half hour and finally emailed again that I
needed to leave. I tried to call the number listed on Isaacâs email but no one answered. I also
reached out to Frank Cruckson, who emailed my meeting confirmation information to me, but he
didnât respond either.
I am disappointed and confused by the treatment I received yesterday.
No one has reached out since this happened.

Dealer was prompt and the service was great until out of the blue, the salesperson made a racist comment followed by scoffing at the fact that my wife said she was the CEO of her own company. We were instantly turned off and left after notifying management of unacceptable behavior. Management made a half hearted effort to correct the situation but never provided any proof of reprimand nor did they really follow through. I feel as though the entire situation was just swept under the rug. I would avoid this dealership entirely.

Salesperson offered me cash offer instead trade in offer for my trade to me at that point you are disrespecting your customers..he told me that AZ and TX have different market values the funny part was that I was negotiating with another AZ dealer at the same time and they offered me $4k more for my trade .. at least this last offer was inside the KBB trade in range ..Just another AZ dealership

I bought the vehicle..but it took 3days for me to get the
car.. I felt completely desatisfied with the way I was
treated. I went in with my work clothes. I felt like I
wasn't were I belonged.. very disappointed I saw the
add and it said new arrival.. But I went in thinking the car
was ready for sale. It wasn't. I gave what I thought was
a good down payment.. went we finished the deal I was
told the car needed to go through inspection.. the car
was foe sale but wasn't ready to be sold.. they made the
deal.. but I didn't get the car..

My experience was great! I bought a different Mazda 3 on the lot from this one but both sales and finance were extremely easy to work with. All my questions were answered and everyone that worked there was very friendly. I just picked up my car yesterday and it came out spotless as well. I live in San Tan Valley but this drive to Scottsdale was definitely worth it!
The salesman I was supposed to meet never
showed up.
They have two F-150s s listed as Lariat's and
they're not Lariat's they're XLT's so they bait you
into the store with a $28,000 "Lariat" which they
don't have and then they do bring out a Lariat but
it's almost $7,000 more.
This is the typical dishonest car dealership that
brings a bad name to all car dealerships, I will
never set foot in Mark Mazda again.

My husband and I did purchase the 2014 Fiat 500L from Mark Mazda. The sales rep was very
helpful. The vehicle was a new trade in so, we could not take it home that day and had to wait a
week before it was ready. However, it was beautifully detailed and was ready with a full tank of
gas.

Car was not ready to show due to body damage. Dealer's "buy it now" price was more than
$3,000 lower than actual price, including a document fee and paying for window tinting already
on the car. Also, I would have to pay state, county and city tax even though I don't live in the
state and wasn't registering the car in the state. Finally, I could not get a sales contract spelling
out specifics before committing to a deal. The car was never repaired before I cancelled the
deal.

Sales people are pushy and play the “Sales” games to the max. When I contacted the dealer by email to find out the best price of a vehicle, the response I received was not
the price but "let me have your phone number". I told the internet sales person I wanted communication through email. I again received an email that stated they wanted
my phone number. It was after the third email communication that I was told that this dealer does one set pricing on their vehicles. This is not clearly stated in their ad. I
don't know why I wasn't told this information after the first time I emailed.
My email address was then sent to other people at the dealership who then started emailing me, still trying to get my phone number so they could call. This occurred even
after I let them know I had purchased another vehicle.

even went to the dealer to look at the car but the
salesperson just said hi to us and went back in the
store. I explained in the emails that I was there, but he
didn't believe me. He said there was no record of you
being here. Also, they obviously photo shipped the
pictures because the color online wasn't even close to

The internet salesperson was friendly and helpful. A very good experience. Buyers need to be aware that this particular dealer loads the invoice with an overpriced security system (which can be negotiated out) along with a ridiculous "lifetime window tint warranty" to the tune of $900.00. The car we bought was reasonably priced so the add-on's were not so consequential. They also include free oil changes and tire rotations which are nice. Overall a good experience.

I contacted this dealer on 2/27/19 about a car that had been on your service for over 120 days”selling” slowly,talked to a sales person named Jeff he assured me they still had the car available, I arranged to have my Grandson go look at the car,after he got off work,on the way over I got a call from Jeff saying the car had been sold,pretty damn fishey If you ask me.One comment that this Jeff guy made makes me suspicious “I can’t believe that we’re selling this car so cheap “. So my experience was poor.

Received an automated email response telling me the salesman would contact me. A second email asking for my email address, then a third asking for my phone number, which I did not send. Then nothing for three days. Then an email from the manager asking if the salesman had provided everything I needed. I still had no information. After my response, I finally received the info and the car was great.
We went in for a test drive & wanted to buy the vehicle. The dealership added $2k to the price for “accessories” we didn’t want, Lo jack & window tint, that they add to every car. Not negotiable. We made a reasonable offer the salesman thought was great. The finance manager took an hour to work the numbers and came back at the original msrp plus accessories! He tried to tell us he was saving us money because the tax was less due to the offset by our trade in tax. What a scam. Then the trade in offer on our like new truck with 8,000 miles was below KBB by $3,000. Don’t waste your time!

We had a great experience with this dealership! Jon Kroll gave us plenty of information to make an informed decision about our purchase. He promptly replied to my texts and many questions. He talked TO me, not DOWN to me. He alerted us when a new vehicle became available that was similar to what we were considering. Ultimately the vehicle and Mitsubishi’s warranty sold us, but Jon’s expertise ensured that we also found the best value.

My experience was the best. David Gonzales my sales rep. Was so
helpful, respectful, kind and I am a older person a disability and David
was so helpful and helped checking the car out and showing me things
about the vehicle. David and other staff members made purchasing my
vehicle a pleasant experience. I even have warranties on this auto.

Benjamin Fields is the best salesman he isn't pushy he explains things to you. He works hard to get the deal done
Guy tried to get me yo pay $250 a month on an $8000 car i was putting $3000 down on but wouldn't tell me how long the loan was. I said i would rather try and get a cosigner. He texted me a couple days later asking if i was coming back down. I said yes i would be there tomorrow and then he told me they already sold the car. Saw the same car posted everywhere for $1000 more that day. Then to add on they called me 3 times that morning asking when i was going to be there for my appointment as if they still wanted me to come down there after they sold the car. It's been 2 weeks and im still getting emails from them asking if i'm interested in any other cars.

willing to negotiate and close the sale using the
new internet sales tool.
To me this indicates a hung micro managed
facility unable to allow sales to to function.
Cars, sadily like beds, have a sell price then a
sale price, this dealer only has the price you see
listed on the internet. I have never ever paid a
dealers asking price in my 70 years of buying
cars.
They respond with somewhat caned statements
like we know every dollar counts but to me it's
the selling cost that counts and nobody pays the
same price!

CAUTION!
What a joke and waste of time. We were in Mexico and cut our trip short specifically to see this car. I had been
in contact with salesperson for days.
We exchanged several emails and she supplied me a car fax and personally went and took photos of the vehicle. I
had been working with the salesperson for five days. I advised her that we would leave Mexico on Wednesday
and be there on Thursday to see the car. I asked her to notify me if the car should sell and she said she would.
We left Mexico very early on Wednesday morning to be able to make the Thursday appointment. I sent her an
email while in route to notify her that we would be there on Thursday. While traveling back I checked the internet
site where I found the original listing only to find a $10,000.00 increase in price. Second email to sales person to
ask what was going on. No replies to either email so after crossing the border I called her cell phone. No answer.
Left a message and asked her to call. No call. So I directly called the dealership and asked for her. She
answered. I informed her what was going on and she said she would call me back. I told her that if the new price
was for real I was not interested in doing business with a dealership that operates in such a manner. What ever
happened to ethics?
Shortly after I received a call from a rather surely young man stating that he was the sales manager, John I think.
He stated it was ther policy to review and
change pricing according to other listings. Maybe so but after they already had a hot buyer??? He said he would
review the price again and get back to me. So far no phone call from his person. Today a day later if got a phone
call and an email from another person, " My name is Alissa, a Sales Manager at Mark Mitsubishi. I thought I'd
touch base to see if we provided you with the exact info you requested. Did you have any lingering questions? ". I
returned her phone call only for her to hand me off to another person, Chuck, claiming to be sales manager. Not a
good phone call and basically suggested that I should have immediately purchased the car but also said that if I
had showed up that they would NOThave sold it to me for the advertised price.
Now shame on me for not checking reviews of this dealership. They have very low ratings and they are not going
to get better operating in such a manner. They have to know that much of business is word of mouth and
referrals.
There all hearted SORRY just doesn't get it. I can honestly say that even if they agreed to sell me this car I would
NOT do so. So I will continue my search. I'm in no hurry and perhaps I might just order a new one from a
reputable dealer. I turn 70 in October. This was to be a gift to myself. It should have been a pleasurable
experience but this has taken the fun out and unfortunately probably will effect my future dealings with
dealerships.
Update: I received a text from them offering the car for 4 Thousand over the advertised price.

The initial contact with the salesman was average. I was contacted by the
salesman after inquiring about a vehicle. I explained to him I would be
traveling from Washington D.C. to see the interested vehicle. We agreed to
meet on Friday, March 31, at 9 a.m. I arrived at the agreed upon time and
was told the salesman was not at work. Not good business practice to
stand up a customer.

The dealer contacted me promptly. My experience with Mark
Mitsubishi Scottsdale was great. The dealership even got us a
better loan than we had gotten at a credit union and saved us
1.85% points. Ben Fields was the best! I picked up my car
yesterday. I highly recommend the dealership and urge you to ask
for Ben. You won't regret it.

Requested total price and asked about add-ons. Dealer gave me a quoted
price which did not include add-ons and changed the price to what they
would actually be selling the car at only after a couple of inquiries. Very
deceptive.

People where friendly but the car was not described the way it should have been . Paint was missing from the fender and pictures didn't show the true state of the vehicle. I felt I wasted 2 hrs which could of been avoided

I drove 25 miles one way to see this Volvo It wouldn't start even with a jump. The hydraulics that hold the hood up were busted. It has a HUGE dent near the roof. I was upset. No compensation for my time and the effort to get there to see this damaged auto. They had the nerve to contact me and say it had been "reduced" yes...by only $300 I even left work early so the salesman wouldn't have to stay late. I was also told 3 other people were coming to look at it but yet was still offered the "reduced deal" a week later. Never again.

Be super careful when shopping here. So I was going through the cars on car fax and seen this car with navigation app, for a great purchase since I have a sister in Tuscan I figured I could drive out to Scottsdale from California, purchase the car and go visit my Sister. Upon arriving I met up with Dalton the person I had spoken on the phone twice to clarify this car had navigation. Well the car did not have navigation. So you know how you meet with 3-4 different people when you're at these places they wouldn't even make an adjustment on the price. They kept saying you want navigation, "We can get you navigation" Yeah right. That's a $3,000 upgrade. So the term "Honest John" as the used car salesman really fits these group of guys

This was a terrible experience I called before hand to see if they still had the vehicle the sales man assured me they did so I drove out there and when I got there he walked us all over the lot, through the maintence bays, through the back parking lots back to the main entrance just to find that the vehicle wasn't there he had no clue where it was . It seems like they would have a better system rather then looking like a 3 ring circus.

I haven't visited the lot yet because the car i wanted was sold
but the sales rep has been responsive and helpful.
I was on the phone often expressing my interest in auto.
finnally made it back to town made appointment to see auto,
was told too many stories about the car condition, auto was
not fit for viewing. I found myself pointing out the many
problems and concerns with auto, sales rep had no idea of
some of the defects that was pointed out my opinion on that is
' know what you are selling before the potential customer is not
the one pointing the problems out to you....not impressed

Just awful. Sales guy made an appointment with me, I got up
early to see this beautiful corolla, he didn't even bother to call me
and tell me it had just been sold. Went down there for nothing,
then he tried to high pressure me into some car I flat out
explained I wasn't interested in. AND THEN, I got another call
from another sales person from the same dealership. These guys
are a joke. They didn't respect my time, my desires, they are
typical used car sales people. RUN!!

Max I apologize for your inconvenience. I do not have your information so I cannot comment on your particular experience. However, I can tell you that is it not common practice for us "not" to let a consumer know that a specific vehicle is still available when in fact it is not. We do have three locations and my best guess is that one of my other stores might have sold this Corolla without our salesman's knowledge. I had arranged to have the car inspected but the appointment was cancelled because the front bumper was being replaced Friday, 05/22(. This on a 9 years old car that was offered as is. When the inspector called to confirm the re-scheduled appointment (Tuesday, 05/26), he was told the car was sold. Not comfortable that I was dealt with honestly because replacing a bumper involves body shop and paint work. Does not smell right.
