If you are looking to buy a car I would highly recommend Red Wing Chevrolet Buick
Cadillac. The vehicle I was interested in buying was ready for my inspection and test drive
when I arrived. The sales agent was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I was given as
much time as I needed to look at the vehicle and was given a honest and fair deal. It's nice
to know that a dealership still exists that maintains such standards. I highly recommend
this place.

process to happen than other dealer experiences. But over-all, pleased with each employees' (Mike, Mark,
Gary) interaction with us. Appreciate the included full tank of gas and Mike's personal touch of custom key

Customer Service with the sales associate was good. The deal that was offered was terrible. Got 4K more for my trade at a different dealership. Would fix any of the issues on the car and when I got to the dealership raised the price of the car $1000 that I wanted to purchase.

I drove down to Red Wing on Saturday & knew what I wanted. I worked with Annie & she was fantastic, she reached out to me immediately
after inquiring about the car. The car was exactly as listed, I got to drive it on back roads and highway, Annie wanted me to get a good feel for
it. She then cleaned it for me while I was in the finance office with Chris, another great staff member, the whole staff is terrific. Very friendly,
great selection of cars & awesome prices. I will be back to get my daughter a car in the next 6 months. I look forward to working with the team

I was only looking at dealerships for the exact truck I wanted. Unfortunately they didn’t have the one, I did find it and purchased it at a dealership which was closer. However I was contacted by this dealership and they did seem to be a wonderful dealership so when it’s time to replace the wife’s ride we will definitely head to the beautiful town of red wing and see what we can do

I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get to this dealership and it was soooo worth it! I got a car that I absolutely love and the staff was so friendly never did we feel the slightest bit of negative energy! It was great!

Well I was on my way to the dealer to look at a vehicle in which I set up an appointment, and the
dealer called, as I was driving, only to tell me the vehicle was sold the night before. Apparently
there was someone miss communication among themselves at the dealership. It ate up a few
hours of my day. So the whole thing was a complete waste of my time.

salesperson, Alex, met me at the door with the car ready to test drive. I
got a good deal with no high pressure sale. Everyone was very friendly.

Very professional and open about the vehicle. We decided to get a different make so we didn't buy from there, but it was not because of the dealer. I would do business with them again.

Bought a truck that was listed on Car Gurus. The truck was listed as being
equipped with remote start. When i went to look at the truck it was not
equipped with it. I had asked why it was listed on the ad but your going to
charge me for the installation and purchase of it. The manager did not
want to work with that at all until i mentioned it. I ended up being
overcharged for it and in return i received a check for 100 dollars off the
remote start and 67 dollars from overcharge. The manager should of taken
responsibility for misleading the customer and covered the charges in full.
The salesman i had (Kevin) was excellent. I will not be back to this
dealership to purchase my next vehicle.

My experience with this dealership is bad. They did not respond to me quickly. I was asked to deposit some amount in order to hold the vehicle. Once I did that, they have never contacted me anymore.When I call it goes to the voicemail and always I leave messages that they ignore .I do not want to deal with them anymore and I want my deposit back.

I had a couple of questions about the Tahoe we were looking at. Within a
short period of time my questions were answered and we set up a time for
us to look at the Tahoe. When we arrived at the dealership the Tahoe was
waiting for us to look at. They did not have to go find it like some
dealerships. The sales staff and everyone we dealt with were so nice from
the time we arrived until we left. Oh, yes, we did buy the Tahoe...very
painless. Of course there we the upsells, no pressure on us purchase any of
these. If and when I look for another vehicle this will be the first dealership I
visit.

These people were very good. They clearly wanted to sell the
vehicle and made every effort to do so. We live an hour and
fifteen minutes away and were finding it difficult to visit the
dealership due to time constraints and distance. They drove the
van to our place of work and let us take it for a test drive. They
were aggressive but professional and polite and NOT annoying.
Hate shopping for cars but this was a painless and pleasant
process. Good job!!
