After giving me a price of $44,995 the salesman a few days later tried to tell me he worked a deal to lower the price by $2000. Little did he know I was tracking the vehicle and $42,995 was the advertised price. The internet guy went on to tell me this vehicle belonged to one of the dealership employees which is why they wouldn’t negotiate I’m thinking. Bad faith business practices.

0 stars if I could. Promises not fulfilled, and car may as well broken down literally on the 2 month mark. They turned around and told me there was nothing they could do about but pay $4,000 for a new engine, not including labor. What a joke.

They went above and beyond expected to get me the car I had my heart set on, Chelsey not only sent me videos of the car since I was not local but picked me up when my car acted up the day of my appt. I was beyond happy to have her working so hard for me. Gerri in the financial got me a better interest rate then what I was pre approved for. Best experience I have had buying a car

I was excited at first , everything was going great until the day of my appointment to see cars to buy. We agreed on a car under $2000, half way there to Yakima from Kennewick the girl I was dealing with said she didn’t have anything at that price range. Therefore , I waisted my time and gas. My experience today is zero. Will no longer deal with this company, very disappointed.

Contacted the dealer that I was interested in purchasing a car that they had on their site as available for them to go out of there way to make an appointment with me just to tell me as soon as I got to my appointment that they sold it. Very unprofessional.

Well I have not heard anymore from the dealer as of yet!!! I was attempting to find out how to get the vehicle to Memphis, Tennessee, Mercedes-benz dealership so that I can view the vehicle; but was told I had to purchase the vehicle before I can test drive it. So if I purchase it and don't like it ; it is mine and no returning

Pauline, that information is correct. The auto industry does not swap vehicle. These are vehicles that each individual dealership purchases for their own store front. So if we were to send a vehicle across country just to have a customer test drive, we would be out the transportation costs, miles on the cars, and if the customer decided they didn't want it, the shipping costs to send it back. Called 3x on a tdi they had. Never got an answer. Was told they'll call me back. You guessed it. They didn't call. It's like they're a parking lot for wholesalers. They don't sell cars.

Dealer from Washington contacted my. But also contacted me dealer from Florida. I don't know why from Florida if car was in Washington. Washington dealer told me that car is already sold, but his advertisement was offering car long time after. Look like dealer was fishing for new customers, trough this sold car.

Terrible, why post a car for sale and end up telling customers it was not for sale anymore due to this and that, then this statement “is there anything else you are Interested in beside that?” wasting people’s time.

Had interest in a vehicle. Even set up an appointment, the dealer took me to the wrong car. And I personally had to give the vin # of the car I was looking for that was posted on their site. The whole situation was irritating and time wasting. I waited for them to find the car and clean it up before I was able to see it. Only to be disappointed because it was in very rough shape. I left upset of course because it was exactly what I was looking to but of course not in very good condiotion. The dealer called me for a review days later.. of course I have them my peice of mind while also being very patient and understanding. So they took and cleaned the vehicle up and contacted me when it was ready again. I got to drive it and was given the option to buy by still couldn't make a commitment because of the condition I had saw the vehicle in before. I decided I would at least make an offer two days later to see where things went with a deal. Only to have my phone calls ignored, and then get a call back later to let me know the vehicle sold the day before. I am a extremely patient person, but wasn't very happy about how knowledgeable the dealer was about the inventory they have.

Not a good experience. I called on a car that was posted on car-guru. Two different sales persons attempted to describe the car as if it was in their possession. later found out the car was an auction purchase and it had not arrived at the dealership yet. I felt I was being lied to and they never came up with a real status until the third salesperson admitted the car was not on their lot. Be wary about this place

Terrible service. I explained to them that the average market price is $15,000 in Washington. I was willing to buy and they laughed saying "If you can buy a car that price let us know. We'd like to buy one too." I found the exact same car at another dealer and purchased for $15,500.

Believe to dishonest...adverse vehicles "not in condition to drive or sell"; their words.. but offered to sell me something different.... of course... it was called bait and switch... not sure the variation these days... the element was trashed, inside and out, from the non road worthy tiers, plates Dec 2014 expiration date; dead battery.. sunflower seats everywhere... well, I will never return... dealer is off my list....

Was promised they would fix a few problems on the car, scratches, head-light moisture. Than they called and said couldn't fix it, that we can...Josh in the finance dept, was awesome. Took care of everything for us...waiting for new head-light to come...but still don't have the car yet...they had to order it. They said we can take it, but I want to see everything done, that they promised first....
