Easy and very professional

Up front about any defects, didn’t push any warranties, and had a good inventory. I checked to see if the cabin filter had been changed and it was. Pricing was consistent with CR magazine.

Was not honest about finance percentage rate. Demanded money to hold the car, while I left the facility (45 minutes)to think about my decision whether to purchase the vehicle. I did not give him money to hold the car. Just was very disappointed in customer service. Would not recommend this facility to purchase/ finance a vehicle.

Needed a little work but great looking car on the inside and out. The sells staff here were good to interact with and were willing the fix the issues unfortunately I’m from Missouri so I could wait around. However they promised to call me when the repairs are done. The 3 stars are for leaving room for improvement, we can as always be better.
