Absolutely terrible. Treated me like i was invisible. Would not follow up in a timely manner. Laughed at a question I had about if the vehicle had been smoked in. VERY immature and unprofessional. Gives online sales a bad name. If I could rate below a 1 star I would

Unlike the typical pushy salesmen, she was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Even though it was almost closing time, she stayed past her shift to assist us without any rush or pressure. The entire process felt easy and stress-free, especially with their no-haggle, fair pricing, which we verified through CarGurus as a great deal. What truly set Valeria apart was her heartwarming personality—she treated us like family, even sharing a hug when we laughed together. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The guys at Trust Car were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond to help me get my truck . I will use them again they carry very good vehicles on their lot. I couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience.

Great guy

Address was incorrect. Drove 25 minutes in the wrong direction to an old location. Once at the new location, they simply gave me the keys to look over the entire car. Afterwards, we talked about the vehicle but it was definitely not for me for certain reasons. They attempted to remedy the issues but were sales pitches and didn’t make sense. Needless to say I left without further negotiations.
