This was, by far, the best car I have ever owned. 6 speed transmission, 3.5-liter V6 engine with 306 hp and aluminum-alloy block and heads. Red exterior, black interior, sunroof and spoiler. It was HOT!

The 6speed version stays in value better than the automatic. I would compare this car to the nissan z and bmw m3..

It’s very luxurious, yet it has amazing power and speed. For me this is the perfect car since I love luxury touches while still having speed.

Brilliant car, very fun to drive. The VQ power that drives this car is fabulous. Would recommend to anyone. It's one of those cars that as long as you change the oil it will fun forever. Back seats are a real plus

This car comes stock with plenty of power and is easily modded. The options it comes with really make it a luxury ride as well. It looks nice inside, but the sedan just doesn't quite have the sleek look of the coupe. The cost is a downside, but it's still fun! If you get a chance try one out. You won't be disappointed.

Full marks... That's difficult to get for myself but honestly it takes owning one to know that the G35 has so much going for it. You get a fully fleshed out sports car performance with luxurious comforts on par with a well furnished 4 door sedan. Combine that with a rock solid build quality and great fun every time you drive equals to one of a few great ownership experience. The exterior also retains the refined quality of a luxurious automobile while under the bonnet lurks a beast held by a thin thread connected to the accelerator. Few words can truly describe this car and all of them are adulatory.

Love this car. Power is amazing, maybe a little too much. Bracking, turning very good. Average rear seats. MPG is decent. Very fun.

Each time I get behind the wheel, I grin from ear to ear baby.

The 2004 Infiniti G35 is one of my favorite affordable sport cars. I have owned 2 one a six speed manual the other a automatic. The automatic was one of the best running cars I have ever driven and I had really no issues and drove it until about 180,000 miles. My advice would be make sure that you do your research before making alterations such as changing width of tires or slamming it, because it can really harm the way it functions as a whole and could cause costly damage.

Performance: The acceleration is not exhilarating, but it does keep you entertained. Braking is really good, it'll stop when you tell it to. Handling is fine, between sport and luxury, it is leaning more towards sport. Build Quality: The car is build strong and rigid. The parts are top tier. Everything goes into place. I never needed to repair the vehicle. Only rattle I got was from the sun roof cover. Appearance: The car is just beautiful. It's a pleasure to stare at and admire. The rims are the only thing needing a redo. The interior design is nice. The seats are just not set up correctly as the seatbelt tends to dig into your neck. Cost of Ownership: Gas mileage is so-so. Just expect a big gas bill every month. But the maintenance is not bad...if you do it yourself that is. This car will be costly when bringing it in for service..as do all luxury brands. Fun Factor: The drive is always entertaining. When you need to move it will move. If you ever want to tour the canyon roads, you'll feel so excited as it will carve the roads if you know how to control the electronic throttle. I always try to find every opportunity to drive with the windows down, it is the only way to hear the awesome exhaust note. If you get to a corner, drop it into third and hear the exhaust roar, it's really intoxicating.

Performance: Smooth shifting (auto), amazing handling for a sedan Build: Good build quality, nothing to really complain about other than the third LED break light burned out. Gas mileage is OK, all-in-all, shes a good, fun, quick car. Nothing to complain about yet!

This has been a fun and reliable car for us. We bought the 2004 G35x used in 2014 for only $8000. Since then, we have not put little money into it, other than normal maintenance. This car has really good power and handling. It is a lot of fun and drives more like a sports car than a sedan. The AWD system works well and improves handling, particularly in snowy and wet conditions. It is not a 4x4, but the AWD is good. The style inside and out is very attractive and I actually like it better than the newer G35 models. We added a new stereo head unit last year, to upgrade with some additional features. The downside to that is that the console is custom designed for the stock system and we had to replace the unit with one we got from the installer in order to put an aftermarket stereo in, which doubled the price of the project.

The G is an amazing car overall. It looks absolutely beautiful. It rides well, handles well, is well equipped, and has more than enough power. It's affordable to maintain and as reliable as Japanese engineering gets. The only flaw I can really claim is the lack of headroom.

What can I say, Great power! Great Handling! Great Everything! It is a car about all others, I would not trade it for anything in the world. the G35 is one of the strongest and fastest in its class. When it was made it was a cut above the rest!

Needs seat coolers for the intense summer heat. Radio controls a bit awkward, otherwise, perfect in every way! Fun car to drive whether its around the city, racing on the streets or even the track. Amazingly fun to drift, can put it sideways effortlessly.

This car is awesome. I have an exhaust and intake system on the vehicle and it screams. Kind of scary with how solid the car is. You can take it up to 130 and not even feel it. Would totally recommend to anyone.

My first impression of the G35 was good. When I drove it I was even more impressed. It accelerated well, did good under basic braking conditions, and did good in basic city driving.

The car has excellent power, handling, braking, looks, price, features, interior fit, seats After thousand of miles and 9 years, I am still happy with my G35. It is inexpensive even comparing to the smaller and slower BMW 330, Audi A4 3.0, Mercedes C class.

It’s a great sports car especially for starters. This is my second car and it handles great and has enough power to have fun with. Great looking car as well. As the car is getting older, rust may start which it has on my driver side quarter panel, but that’s any older car. It’s a phonomenal car for the age though!!

I was very impressed with the vehicle. Very sexy car. Not the best car to be driving on the ice / snow. Much better on gas than I thought. Dependable, solid car to own. I would really recommend owning this vehicle. Great steering / handling.

I've loved driving this car, a nice surge when you tap the accelerator and great handling. The car has an amazing turn radius. Unlike other sports cars the back seat is actually usable, I've often had four adults in the car.

Performance: Excellent take off, hugs corners .... braking system could be better.. but when you are stopping from 150 to zero... what do you expect? Build quality: Excellent .. no leaks, fit & finish still nice. Interior.... I give it about an 7... looks great.. but little things are popping off and falling off... and for 6 years old... there is definitely early signs of wear.. and for a mechanic that keeps his car in the garage... 6 years is far too soon!

FING amazing i miss it alot. never had anything go wrong with it. it was fast looked good had lots of room was comfortable good gas mileage for the way i drove it and the fact it has awd. oh and best of all seat warmers lol

Handles great and has a decent amount of power. It also gives you a lot of room to add mods. It's a street car that can be a track car without any compromise, with the ability to fit two adults in the back seats.

For what it is, I absolutely love it! Great on the highway. Great for the city. Great cruiser car. Not the fastest, but she holds her own quite well. Very low maintenance. Only issues I've had were breaking 2 axles on shifts. But my last car did that also. Only real downfall for this car is the gas. Other then that she's a blast.

It's a solid performance car right off the lot. It did lack some pick up when I first got it, but if you replace the factory intake system with the tube off of a Nissan 350z and add a K&N filter you will quickly fix this minor set back. The best thing about this car is that it is well supported by the after market industry and it is very easy to obtain performance parts. 400 hp sounds nice to me.

I don't have any complaints about my car, except for the gas mileage, especially not good for commuting, now that gas is over $4! I love everything about my car! Accelerates great, brakes well (esp important!), and handles well! And it still feels like new!

There are only 2 problems with this car: the radio is known to go out and the cam shaft sensors will go out. Very easy fix thanks to YouTube. I loved owning this car so much that I bought the sedan version and am looking for another one

Handles great. Does not respond as fast as it could but overall a good car. If you are looking for a used car that has all wheel drive with plenty of power and style, this is a great car to consider for your next purchase.

Underneath the elegant wind cheating body is a sports coupe for the ages. Quality built by Nissan and sharing many of the 350Z components and attributes, this G35 coupe loves to be driven on winding roads and sweeping curves, yet with its 112.2" wheelbase, is a very comfortable interstate cruiser.

Things started to break right when warranty stopped. It is fast right out the block and easy to upgrade. Handles great, but does take a beating. It does have it's rattles and squeak..not a big deal, but tight suspension get ruined fast in bad roads. I can't believe how nice it looks, like to have for a long time. The interior leather in the back seat pealed off. I get 30 mpg with upgrades, but maintenance is expensive, $120 an hour. Worth the money though, very very fun to drive!

loved the car while i had it... it was a good dry weather car..got alot of attention while driving around in it. fast lil machine... but not a good winter car. lots of fun while its nice and sunny out there but the moment it starts raining or snowing you are toasted
