Ford dealerships near me (Nashville, TN)

Great communication. Overall I am just too spooked to buy a Bronco. Thank you for the followup and professionalism!

What a great experience buying a great little car. Staff was extremely helpful both online and in person. I've never spent so little time in a dealership and walked away with so much. Thanks to everyone for the great service.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and there was no transparency about financing terms or interest rates. They refused to connect us with the finance manager and never responded to our follow-up email. Poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this dealership.

Time will tell if the things that were told at the time of sale, become truths or not.

I worked with Kody and Andrew and they were both amazing! They were able and willing to work with me and around my crazy work hours and made it as easy as possible for me to get my new vehicle. Kody even delivered it to my job site as soon as everything was finalized. 5 stars all around, highly recommend working with these guys :)

Bad communication and the vehicle was not ready and the salesman was not on my appointment, but Bryant, another salesman, was excellent trying to help me, but the car was still in the workshop.

Experience with staff was good. They had the vehicle cleaned up, full tank of fuel and ready for when I arrived. Salesman was ready to answer any and all questions. Very good experience.

Good experience with the sales to finance to delivery 👌 🙌 👏, price was set no pressure just Good experience 👍
