Land Rover dealerships near me (Chicago, IL)

It being my first car purchase, it was such a smooth process. The staff at Land Rover were helpful and Allen was a great help in processing our purchase, showing us the car and transparency was also great. They were very helpful with making sure the car was ready and they made sure to fix a few dents caused by recent hail storm. Car guru information was accurate. The car was just like it was shown in the photos.

I tried to buy this car, a 2022 BMW M440i, and asked the salesman Adam what he would need down to hold the car for me as I had to fly in from Minnesota to pick it up. I'm pretty sure I asked him twice to give me a number where I could send money to hold it. He ignored me. He did, however draw up a sales order for me and took down my address and information and sent me a copy of the it. He also asked if I wanted to finance the car or pay cash. I told him I wasn't entirely sure on that yet. This was late afternoon on the 30th. One the morning of Friday the 30th I had not heard back from him so I tected him a request to call me ASAP. I didn't hear back from him for over an hour. He finally called me and told me another salesamn sold it that morning! Absolutely disgusted by the lack of communication and attention to me in regards to me securing this car so I could line up a flight down there to pick it up. Apparently the sales people here don't communicate with each other.

Sal did a fantastic job in helping me select my new vehicle and going through the trade in process. Buying a car can be exciting and daunting at the same time, but Sal was a great partner that put the whole process at ease.
