It was a huge waste of time. We drove from out of state to come buy this vehicle and they showed us a damaged car. Drivers door was half painted in primer and there was a dent near the wheel well. Car was reported as no accidents. Hummm Then they tried the bait and switch to show us other vehicles that we had no interest in. We left within 20 minutes very mad for our king drive home

I had a great experience I enjoyed seeing the 2022 Toyota highland the sales representative made me feel welcome and appreciated I would recommend this car dealership to my friends and family.

I really wanted to look at the car and ask if there was a way that we could get them to drive or meet me , and they said no.

I went there and worked with Dede or Cece, I believe. She was very nice, but unfortunately I was shown the incorrect car. I fell in love with the first car I was shown and was ready to buy if it was within my price range. After the test drive, I was told the car was $30,000, which was completely out of my budget. When I was finally shown the correct car, it wasn’t for me because it had too many flaws. I came all the way from Racine, WI ready to purchase a car if I found the right one at the right price. We looked at about five cars, but none impressed me like the first one. I was very disappointed because I truly thought I had found my car. Sadly, I left without purchasing anything. I just wish the correct vehicle had been shown to me from the beginning.
