The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van is designed to be a blank canvas. Whatever your job requires, the Sprinter can satisfy with its seemingly endless configurations. The Sprinter competes with vehicles such as the Ford Transit and Ram ProMaster, and it’s largely unchanged for the 2022 model year.

Mercedes offers the Sprinter Cargo Van in a number of different configurations, including a 144-inch wheelbase, 170-inch wheelbase, and extended 170-inch lengths. The 144-inch version is available in standard-roof and high-roof setups, while the longer variants come exclusively with the high roof. Depending on the trim and setup, the Sprinter Cargo is available with one of three engines. The base gas four-cylinder turbocharged engine makes 188 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Buyers can also select a 6-cylinder turbodiesel engine that makes 188 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque. With all engines, power is sent to the rear wheels. The six-cylinder diesel is also available with four-wheel drive and dual-rear-axle setups. The gas engine routes power through a nine-speed automatic transmission, while the diesel engines route their power through a seven-speed automatic.

The Sprinter comes with a straightforward AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth and a USB-C port. An available Premium Package upgrades the stereo to a 7-inch touchscreen, and a Premium Plus Package further upgrades the touchscreen to a 10.3-inch unit with navigation.
